Abstract
TFIX is a digital platform aimed at improving the appliance repair industry by addressing inefficiencies in technician scheduling, repair transparency, and customer satisfaction. The platform introduces key features such as progress tracking, optimized scheduling, and clear communication, targeting common industry issues like unreliable repair timelines and limited access to repair details. A pilot test, conducted over one month, demonstrated significant improvements, including a reduction in scheduling delays and enhanced customer satisfaction. The platform ensures transparency by providing detailed updates on repair status, technician availability, and estimated timelines, fostering trust and reducing customer frustration. As TFIX progresses, future enhancements will include advanced technologies and integrated customer feedback loops for continuous improvement. The project's success underscores the potential of digital solutions to modernize traditional service industries and improve overall operational efficiency.
