With timely repair completions, real-time status visibility, and consistent communication, the system effectively addressed issues of unreliable repair timelines and limited access to procedural information. User engagement metrics, particularly viewed counts and satisfaction feedback, confirmed the value of the platform in streamlining service experiences and building trust with clients.
To further enhance TFIX’s capabilities, scalability, and long-term effectiveness, the following recommendations are proposed:
● Implementation Across More Locations: Conduct broader tests involving multiple appliance repair shops, various types of appliances, and different customer demographics across urban and rural areas to evaluate the system’s adaptability, scalability, and overall user satisfaction.
● Real-Time Technician Tracking: Implement technician GPS tracking for better route optimization, arrival estimates, and transparency in service delivery.
● Technician Rating and Review System: Allow customers to rate and review technicians after service completion to promote accountability, recognize high-performing staff, and identify areas for personnel improvement.
● Notification System and Timeline Reminders: Incorporate more robust notification features, including job reminders, part delays, and technician updates, to further reduce miscommunication and missed appointments.
● Ensure Data Security and Service Integrity: Strengthen the platform's backend with enhanced data encryption, secure login processes, and activity monitoring to protect user data and uphold service reliability. By implementing these strategic enhancements, TFIX can evolve into a more powerful, scalable, and trusted platform for appliance repair management, supporting long-term growth while delivering a seamless, transparent, and customer-centered digital experience.
